As Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Owner, Tom guides the vision, mission, and strategic thinking of Infinity Contact. He has nearly 20 years of executive experience in sales, direct marketing, and CRM program development. Tom is recognized as a leader in outsourced contact and is primarily focused on expansion strategies, trade alliances, and new product development.
Tom earned an M.B.A. with top honors from Arizona State University, and a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.

Stephen Griggs - President and Owner

Steve joined Infinity Contact in 2005. As President and Owner, Steve oversees daily operations, client relationships, and focuses on enhancing operational infrastructure while streamlining financial efficiencies.
Steve has more than 20 years of senior executive experience in the contact center and telecom industries working with Fortune 500 companies. He brings a level of expertise in customer interaction programs and client loyalty applications that benefit our client results every day.
Steve earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Iowa.

Ryan Knauss - Vice President Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Ryan Knauss brings more than 11 years of experience in executive sales outsourcing management. His responsibilities include strategically targeting and acquiring business partnerships, creating new sales procedures, mapping program refinement, and executing national sales expansion. Ryan earned a BA in Business Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
Prior to joining Infinity Contact, Ryan was Vice President of National Sales at Netpique.

Craig is a proven expert at making sure our clients acquire, grow and retain customers while maximizing their return on investment.
As Vice President of Client Services, Craig ensures that Infinity Contact provides consistently high-performance and outstanding customer care. He acts as the single-point-of-contact for his portfolio of clients on both daily and strategic issues. He leads a dedicated operational team to implement each client solution and continually enhance their processes and results.
With more than 25 years of client relations and business management experience in the financial, insurance, and telecommunications industries, Craig is a proven expert at making sure our clients have the best possible experience. Craig earned a B.S. in journalism from the University of Kansas.
Prior to joining Infinity Contact, Craig was Business Unit Director at APAC Customer Services Inc.

Lorina Spies - Vice President of Client Services
Lorina Spies - Vice President of Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services, Lorina is the single-point-of-contact for her portfolio of Infinity Contact’s clients on both daily and strategic issues. She leads an operational team focused on the implementation and enhancement of client programs.
With more than 20 years of account management, inside sales and contact center operations experience, Lorina is an established expert at generating measurable results for our clients.
Her experience spans multiple industries including insurance, financial and telecommunications. Lorina attended the University of Iowa.
Prior to joining Infinity Contact, Lorina was Vice President of Inside Sales at Paetec.

As Vice President of Client Operations, Stacey is responsible for ensuring that the customer contact programs, operations staff and production teams execute with energy and excellence.
He closely collaborates with all departments to guarantee the seamless implementation and superior ROI of our customer contact programs.
With over fifteen years of experience in the contact center industry and telecommunication, Stacey leverages his comprehensive operational expertise and knowledge to deliver superior results for our clients.
Stacey earned a B.A. in Public Communication from Luther College.

Amy Serfoss - Controller

As Infinity Contact's Controller, Amy is responsible for the management and oversight of all financial functions within the company. She is in charge of overseeing the company's accounting practices and directing the company's financial strategy. With over 10 years of accounting experience, Amy integrates extensive financial aptitude with operational expertise to achieve increased bottom line results.
Amy earned a B.A. in accounting and finance from Mount Mercy University.
