How do I submit my resume to Infinity Contact?
The best way is to search the current job openings available on our Web site. You can do this by clicking OPEN POSITIONS. When you see a position that matches your interests, you can submit a resume by clicking the apply online link.
Are all of your job postings listed?
Job openings are updated regularly. Check back on our Web site frequently to see if any new opportunities are available.
How will I know if Infinity Contact is interested in my resume?
A member of our Human Resources team will review each resume to see if background, training, and skills match requirements for the position. If there is a match, you will be contacted with information about next steps.
How does the Infinity Contact hiring process work?
Online Application – Identify and apply for the job(s) that interest you and that match your experience / education. Review and update your candidate profile. Be sure to SUBMIT your application to ensure it goes into our system. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
Screening/Interviewing – A member of our Human Resources team will review your resume against job requirements. You may be contacted by a member of our staff who will gather more information or schedule an interview.
Reference Checks and/or Background Verification Process – Infinity Contact conducts reference checks and background verification as part of the employment process.
Once we receive your resume, a member of our Human Resources team will review it. Your resume will be evaluated to see if your educational background, training, skills, and interests match requirements for our positions. If there is a match, you will be contacted with information about next steps.
