Credit Advisor

Credit Advisors will be responsible for selling solutions for nationally known clients and expanding their business by selling solutions to small and medium businesses thorough out the United States.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years previous sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales goals
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call new and existing business customers from a qualified contact list using our consultative sales approach to enhance the customer experience. Service new accounts, resolve issues, offer solutions and/or sell value added solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments/individuals/teams to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
  • Maintain accurate account records and reports.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
