Thomas Leidigh - Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Owner- As Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Owner, Tom guides the company's vision, mission, and strategic thinking. With nearly twenty years of executive experience in sales, direct marketing, and CRM program development, he is recognized as a national leader in the industry and is focused primarily on expansion strategies, trade alliances, and new product development. Tom earned an M.B.A. with top honors from Arizona State University, and a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
Stephen Griggs - President and Owner- As President, Steve oversees the company's daily operations and client relationships while at the same time working to enhance infrastructure and streamline financial efficiencies. With more than twenty years of senior executive experience in the contact center industry and telecom world working with Fortune 500 companies, Steve brings a level of expertise in customer interaction programs and client loyalty applications that benefit our clients every day. Steve earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Iowa.
Scott Stimart - Vice President of Sales- As Vice President of Sales, Scott is focused on helping companies launch and maximize inbound and outbound programs. He is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in higher education, software, technology and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Infinity Contact, Scott successfully launched several new products and created new distribution channels. Scott earned his B.S. in biology and chemistry from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and completed his Graduate Studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Craig Sell - Vice President of Client Services- As Vice President of Client Services, Craig is the single-point-of-contact for his portfolio of Infinity Contact’s clients on both daily and strategic issues. He leads a dedicated operational team to implement each client solution and continually enhance their processes and results. With more than 20 years of client relations and business management experience in the financial, insurance, and telecommunications industries, Craig is a proven expert at making sure our clients have the best possible experience. Craig earned a B.S. in journalism from the University of Kansas.
Lorina Spies - Vice President of Client Services- As Vice President of Client Services, Lorina is the single-point-of-contact for her portfolio of Infinity Contact’s clients on both daily and strategic issues. She leads an operational team focused on the implementation and enhancement of client programs. With more than 20 years of account management, inside sales and contact center operations experience, Lorina is an established expert at generating measurable results for our clients. Her experience spans multiple industries including insurance, financial and telecommunications. Lorina attended the University of Iowa.
Michael Stanton - Vice President of Operations- As Vice President of Operations, Mike is responsible for guiding all strategic and operational aspects of information technology, human resources, recruiting, training, quality assurance and facility management at Infinity Contact. Mike’s comprehensive operational experience and knowledge in the software, insurance and contact center industries help keep Infinity Contact seamlessly functioning to deliver superior results for our clients. Mike earned a B.A. in accounting from Wartburg College and he is activity involved in the community with various organizations.
R.F. "Cal" Ernst - Vice President of Channel Marketing- As Vice President of Channel Marketing, Cal is responsible for identifying and developing new business for Infinity Contact through partner sales and marketing programs. Cal brings over 30 years of sales experience and is skilled at building strong relationships with prospective clients. Cal earned a B.A. in Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
Nick Kuennen - Finance Manager- As Finance Manager, Nick is responsible for the daily and strategic oversight of the accounting department at Infinity Contact. Nick integrates extensive financial aptitude with operational expertise to achieve increased bottom line results. He was most recently Controller for a marketing research firm and has also worked in the public accounting field in the health care and governmental sectors. Nick earned a B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
